"Sorry for the late review. Spoke to Luke on behalf of my sister-in-law and reported she was having septic problems. Luke informed me that his service person Kyle was out on another job and would call be back. As Luke stated he called back within a minute and informed me that he would get to my sister-in-law today on a Saturday. Kyle fixed the pump and also pumped the septic tank. I would recommend this company again. Great customer service. Work performed on May 4th."
